Here’s a chance to sharpen your knife skills! We’ll cover a wide range of techniques including mincing, chopping, slicing, dicing, and how to julienne and chiffonade.
Good knife skills start with a sharp knife, so we’ll also give you a little intro to knife sharpening and a chance to practice on one of our whetstones.
