Whether you're new to cooking fish or want to perfect your techniques, this class will teach you how to handle, prepare, and cook a variety of seafood dishes with confidence and finesse. Using high-quality fish, shellfish, and other ocean delicacies, you'll explore techniques that bring out the best in each ingredient.

Guests will be greeted with Grilled Oysters with Salsa Verde to enjoy during the demonstration and receive substantial taste of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
