Join us for an unforgettable Cinco de Mayo celebration with a multi-course dining experience that elevates traditional Mexican flavors to new heights. This exclusive culinary event showcases authentic ingredients and refined techniques, blending Mexico’s rich gastronomic heritage with modern elegance all perfectly paired with artisanal cocktails by our own cocktail master Julie Ross.

Julie will be serving and demonstrating these three delicious cocktails:

• Mezcal Fig Sour- Mezcal, Fig Syrup, Ginger Juice, Lemon, Nutmeg 
• Spiced Mango Margaritas 
• Adult Creamsicle Fizz (tastes just like the childhood version that We All Love!) - Vodka, Orange, Cream, Lime, Honey 
• And.... Of Course! - Julie's Popular Margarita Popsicles! 

Guests will be greeted with Bolitas de Platano con Queso (plantain and cheese fritter) to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

• Camarones al Mezcal con Puré de Frijol– Mezcal, Prawns, Black Bean Purée, Crispy Tortilla, Avocado-Lime Crema.
• Short Rib en Mole Negro– Braised Short Rib, Oaxacan Mole Negro, Mexican Slaw, Fire Roasted Corn, Arroz Rojo, Handmade Corn Tortillas.
• Tamales de Chocolate con Mezcal– Warm Chocolate Tamal, Mezcal-Infused Ganache, Spicy Ancho Chili Caramel.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
