Reading Moshe Basson's cookbook, "The Eucalyptus Cookbook", this book takes you all over the middle east, not only Jerusalum where Eucalyptus is located, but also to Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Morroco and Syria. Moshe cooks Israeli but also Arabic and the food of his mother Iraqi; he cooks from the garden, foraging, and cooks the ingredients of the fertile crescent, the land of milk and honey.
Join Chef Bridget as she takes you through the book with a range of delicious recipes working from those delicious ingredients from the Middle East. You'll love this book and will be taking a copy home with you after class!
