Our expert chef will guide you through each step, from preparing the dough and fillings to mastering the perfect folding techniques. You’ll also get tips on steaming and serving these delightful bite-sized treats.
Guests will be greeted with Chicken Ginger Congee with Crispy Shallots and Scallion while watching our chefs demonstrate iconic Dim Sum, then roll up your sleeves and make your own Dim Sum to enjoy!

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
