Join Chef Bridget Charters for a continuation of their popular series "Drink Like an Italian"!

The journey continues with a trip to the Northwest of Italy and the region of Piedmonte, once a part of Austrian rule and part of an earlier rule by the French House of Savoy. Piedmont contains vast mountainous areas, amazing foothills containing some of the best wine growing regions in the world (it is Tom's favorite), and verdant valleys of the Po River producing the world's risotto rice types, polenta and grains. The food is equally delicious with a rich history creating amazing food specialties.

Fall is here! When you arrive at Hot Stove you'll be greeted with a fun cocktail and some warm chestnuts while we get the show on the road!

Dine on traditional antipasti of the area, followed by a classic risotto with fonduta, a country roast and delicious side vegetables, finished by the Torino dessert combination of hazelnuts and chocolate! We will pair the dinner with some of Piedmontese wines!  Join us for the fun!!

Guests will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items while Chef Bridget is demoing.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
