Drink Like an Italian Trentino Alto Adige with Chef Bridget Charters

Trentino Alto Adige is a magical region in Italy, bordered by Austria and Switzerland and next door to the Veneto and Lombardi. Trento and Bolzano are the "big" towns and the entire area is part of the Sud-Tyrol, with steep, amazing mountains and valleys, the beautiful Dolomites, hiking in summer and skiing in the winter. If you're not a skier, then you are drinking like an Italian at long lunches in the ski resorts, in town or at a beautiful inn or hotel. The food of this region is considered "poor", think foothills and mountains, so mushrooms, apples, milk cows, wild game and grains; but this area is rich with foraging and cooking of the local products.
This dinner with Bridget and Julie will be festive and fun and they will be thinking winter wonderland, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing, so bring your appetite!
Julie will be demonstrating 2 cocktails and guests will receive substantial cocktails to pair with Bridget's delicious food. The third drink will be Lagrein, a red wine grape variety native to the valleys of South Tyrol, northern Italy... yum!

Parampampoli: Wine, Coffee, Honey, Fruit Brandy, Flambéed Caramelized Sugar Top
Guests will be greeted with Potato and Cheese Tirtlan and receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
