Father's Day Brunch: German Soft Pretzel Corners and Beer Cheese Dip with Chef Annie Elmore

“Celebrate Dad" with a hands-on, fun-filled pretzel-making class! Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a first-timer, this interactive workshop is the perfect way to bond over delicious, homemade layered pretzels. Learn the art of kneading, shaping, layering and baking the perfect golden-brown pretzel while enjoying a relaxed and festive atmosphere. You will also make your own “Pub Cheese Dip”. We will serve local bratwursts from Han's Sausage and Delicatessen in Burien and sides to enjoy with your creations. This class is great for dads and kids, families, or anyone looking to create a unique Father’s Day memory. Come hungry, leave happy, and take home your own pretzel dough to bake at home! 

Guests will be greeted with Stoup German-Style Pilsner, Pretzel Chips and Julie's Inspired Caramelized Onion Dip to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. 

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you.
