Fresh, Dried or fermented you will learn about different chili varieties, heat levels, health benefits, and cooking techniques to bring out their best flavors. You’ll also learn practical tips for balancing heat with flavor. Whether you’re a spice lover or just chili-curious, this class will ignite your taste buds and deepen your appreciation for these powerful peppers!

Guests will be greeted with Blackened Shishito Peppers and Braised Beet Salad to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
