Hey There, Dumpling author Kenny Lao has been making dumplings for 30 years – both with his family and as the founder of Rickshaw Dumplings in New York City. In this book he is offering up his trade secrets to show you just how easy it is to make dumplings at home. Along with dumpling recipes this book also offers recipes for tasty mix and match dips, hot buns, noodles and soups and refreshing salads. You will be greeted with Shiitake Mushroom and Quick Pickle Pinch Buns. Then you will learn on how to make dough from scratch and make your own fatty pork Thai green curry dumplings. You will receive Mango-Cilantro Salad and Dr. Tan's Chili Dip to enjoy with your cooked dumplings.
