I LOVE CRAB CAKES with Chef Tom Douglas

When I first moved to Seattle in 1977 I was overwhelmed by the mountains of Dungeness crabs at the seafood stalls in the Pike Place Market. Being from the State of Delaware and spending much of my off hours at the eastern shore beaches I was flabbergasted not to find one restaurant featuring crab cakes. Well, I put an end to that the first chance I got. Ever since I have been associated with those tasty morsels and even wrote a book about them called I love Crab Cakes.
This class will feature 5 different crab cakes utilizing Dungeness, Blue and King crab with some classic sauces and accompaniments. Hope to see you there!

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
