Tonight we are going to explore the different grades of beef available and have a discussion about “is it worth it” when it comes to price differences in the marketplace. Does changing the pan or sear or fuel make a bigger impact on flavor or tenderness? These are everyday questions I get asked but it’s difficult to determine unless you’re trying each cut of meat against the other at the same time…let’s do this!!

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
