Mom and Little Dumpling with Chef Annie Elmore

For this class Annie will teach you how to make pillowy soft bao dough and how to make the shiitake char sui filling to fill the dough.  Kids love this filling and so do we! Guests will receive the shiitake filling and bao dough to build and steam the bao buns, while the buns are steaming Annie will teach you how to form delicious Shu Mai dumplings. 

Join Chef Annie Elmore while she teaches you delicious dumpling techniques. It will be a memorable class creating fabulous memories for you and your little dumpling(s).  This is a great class for parents and kids of all ages.  If you don't have any dumplings around the house come anyway! 

Guests will be greeted with Chicken and Basil Wonton Soup to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. 

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you.
