Get ready to whip up iconic, flavorful dishes that capture the heart and soul of Louisiana’s Creole and Cajun cuisine. Perfect for all cooking levels, this class will introduce you to the unique spices, fresh ingredients, and traditional techniques that make New Orleans brunch a true celebration.

Guests will be greeted with Sean's Buttery, Cheesy Tasso Ham Biscuits with Charred Jalapeno Whipped Butter to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes for the following items.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
