Pass the Turkey 2024 with Chef Tom Douglas

Our tenth annual turkey class is on the docket! For beginners or seasoned pros it’s a fun way to explore turkey day traditions and nouveau nuances. The return of the “gravy god”, two kinds of turkey prep, and hot buttered rum apple pie are all features of the evening. If you’re new to cooking on turkey day or you’re tired of choking on dry turkey come join us for some holiday fun and frivolity.
Guests will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.
Guests will be greeted with three appetizers:
- Scallop crudo with preserved lemon relish, tarragon
- Fennel shrimp cocktail, toasted garlic aioli
- Serrano ham, mozzarella fossette

- Nouveau Menu - Steamed Spinach Salad, Mung Bean Sprouts, Crispy Chili Vinaigrette, Mochi Croutons
- Nouveau Menu - Coconut Cake, Mango Custard
Policies:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
