Pasta 101

After living and working in Italy, Chef Bridget Charters can make handmade pasta with the best of them.  In this class, she will walk you through the process of making perfect pasta at home.  You'll learn different techniques and sauce options - what a fabulous way to welcome the changing seasons! 

What You’ll Learn, Make and Taste:  

  • Egg based pasta dough for fettuccini, pappardelle and lasagna sheets
  • Technique for rolling dough using rollers and cutters
  • The Greenest Pesto
  • Rosemary Cream Sauce
  • Tuscan Pesto

Guests will receive substantial tastes of each of the following options.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. 

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you.
