Pasta 101 with Chef Bridget Charters

Chef Bridget spent years living and working in Italy and is our resident advisor on all things pasta! She will be in the Hot Stove Kitchen to show you that you don’t need a fancy pasta machine to make amazing pasta at home. In this class, you will learn a delicious (and easy) handmade pasta dough for making various handmade shapes such as pici, cavatelli, orecchiete and others. Bridget and the Hot Stove team will guide you through making and shaping the dough and you will take home a pizza box full of fun shapes! Whether you are looking for a quick dinner for your family or an impressive meal for friends, this Pasta Workshop has you covered! 

At the end of class, everyone will take their handmade pasta home to cook at their leisure. 

Salad will be served with pastas. Guests will receive substantial tastes of the following sauces with some of the shapes.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
