Uncover the art of making perfect risotto in this hands-on class! Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned cook looking to refine your technique, this class is your gateway to mastering the secrets of this creamy, comforting Italian classic.

Learn essential skills like selecting the correct rice, building flavor-packed stocks, and achieving the ideal creamy texture through proper stirring and cooking techniques. You'll explore variations of risotto, from traditional Cheeses to modern takes incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique flavors.

By the end of the class, you'll not only have a delicious meal to savor but also the confidence and knowledge to recreate restaurant-quality risotto at home.

Guests will be greeted with an Assorted Antipasti to enjoy while Bridget demos a proper Risotto, then (like our Paella class) you will receive a seasonal risotto kit for two and you and your team mate will make a batch of the perfect risotto, then sit and dine on your spectacular risotto with some Arugula salad.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
