Spring Fever with Chef Sean McFadyen

2000 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

Chef Sean McFadyen LOVES Spring! He did extensive research and was inspired by the books, "Six Seasons" by Joshua McFadden and "On Vegetables" by Jeremy Fox. Sean considers Spring is one of those seasons that it is so easy to create delicious, complex and decadent meals.

Come to Hot Stove and celebrate the arrival of Spring with Sean through demo and dinner and herald the arrival of spring after our long cold winter! This would be a perfect date night.

When you arrive at Hot Stove, you'll be greeted with a Rhubarb Rose Switchel cocktail and Little Gem Greens with Lemon Creme, Spring Onions, Watermelon Radish and a Toast of Minted, Agrodolce Ramps.

Guests will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.
