St. Patrick's Day Dinner with Chef Annie Elmore and Cocktail Master Julie Ross

Join Annie and Julie at the Hot Stove Society for an enchanting evening of Irish merriment! Immerse yourself in the rich traditions and vibrant spirit of the Emerald Isle as we curate an unforgettable culinary experience that pays homage to the charm and warmth of Ireland.
Each dish will be a celebration of Ireland's culinary heritage designed to please both traditionalists and those with a taste for modern twists on classic Irish fare.
Guests will be greeted with Guinness Dubliner Cheese Dip and Soda Bread to enjoy while Annie demonstrates the following dishes. Guests will be served substantial tastes of the following menu items.

- Irish Moss Panna Cotta with Jameson Soaked Dried Cherries, Candied Hazelnut – Demo and Taste
Our cocktail master Julie Ross will be demonstrating and pouring her original St. Patrick’s Day cocktails for you to enjoy. She will start you out with a "Pot of Gold" shot. You will receive substantial tastes of the following cocktails while Julie demonstrates them. She also will be showing you how to make homemade Irish Cream.
- "Green Beer" - Herbaceous Beer, Not Food Coloring. Think Bloody Mary.
- Drunken Leprechaun - Jameson, Reduced Guinness Syrup, Lemon, Honey, Mint
- Tipsy Shamrock - Jameson, Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur, Crème de Menthe, Whipped Cream
Policies:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
