Sweet and Savory Hand Pies With Chef Danae McLaughlin

In this interactive class, you’ll learn the art of making delicious, perfectly portioned hand pies from scratch! We’ll guide you through each step—from crafting flaky, buttery pastry dough to preparing both savory and sweet fillings. Our chefs will cover tips for sealing, crimping, and baking to achieve that golden, picture-perfect finish. Each participant will get to create several hand pies of their own. By the end of the class, you'll have mastered the skills to make these delightful handheld treats at home, perfect for any meal or occasion. Great for all skill levels, you can even get the whole family involved.
Guests will be greeted with Winter Greens Salad to enjoy while watching the demonstration and receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
