Whether you're a baking enthusiast or a beginner, this class offers everything you need to create treats as beautiful as they are delicious.

What You Will Learn, Make, Taste and Take:

• Dark Chocolate Truffles: Demo and Hands On-Understand the fundamentals of working with chocolate, including melting, tempering, and flavor pairing. Master how to roll and decorate your truffles.
• Valentine Themed Linzer Cookies – Demo and Hands On- Learn how to make the perfect buttery, almond-based dough from scratch. Use Valentine-themed cutters to create charming designs.
• Strawberry Jam – Demo and Hands On-Explore filling options for your Linzer cookies like strawberry jam and chocolate ganache.
