Texas Time with Jack's BBQ

There is BBQ and there is "Real BBQ" and the Hot Stove Society is going to dial in on what "Real BBQ" is all about! Seattle is long away from the Longhorn state, but Pit Master, Jack Timmons of Jack's Barbeque is going to take us through the deliciousness of some of his food from his famed establishments. 

Jack spent time at the Department of Meat Sciences at Texas A&M, has traveled the BBQ trail and spent countless hours perfecting his barbeque, so get ready to enjoy a very delicious evening.  Jack will be joined by some of his crew and our team will jump in and help serve up a delicious evening. 

You will be greeted with Jack's Jalapeno Buttermilk Hushpuppies and a Smoked Old Fashioned to get you in the groove, then Jack will divulge the secrets to his awesome Chicken Dip, then launch into the science behind his brisket and ribs which you will enjoy with some tasty sides. The evening will end with a classic Southern dessert of Banana Pudding.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
