Un-PHO-gettable... with Chef Annie Elmore!

The comfort of a warming bowl of pho in a cold November is heightened when the broth is perfectly seasoned and richly textured. Chef Annie Elmore will demonstrate how you can achieve this result with her recipe for Beef Rib and Meatball Pho. 

We will start by munching on shrimp and pineapple fresh rolls accompanied by a Vietnamese Gin and Tonic cocktail. After the pho demo and eating enjoyment, the traditional cream puff will be a sweet ending to the evening. Recipes provided for pho, spring rolls and cream puffs. One cocktail is included in class price, other beverages available for purchase. 


Guests will receive substantial tastes from the following menu items while Chef Annie id demoing.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
